Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Construction Assistant Site Supervisor to support the on-site construction and renovation projects across the community. You will assist the Site Supervisor, oversee safety, quality, scheduling, and team communications to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least five years in construction, and knowledge of blueprints, codes (OSHA), and safe driving. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years' experience in construction or maintenance related field.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Supervisor and construction team on-site to build and renovate projects.
• Oversee job site safety, quality, project scheduling, and communication.
• Supervise all team members and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in ordering material, scheduling deliveries, obtaining quotes, and compiling bid summaries.
