Job summary

The Brock Group Inc is seeking a Foreman to provide close supervision of craft workers on site in Wallingford, CT. You will perform hands-on trades work when needed and coordinate safety, quality, and productivity to meet contractual requirements.

Responsibilities include leading safety planning, conducting crew meetings, ensuring compliance with Brock and client standards, managing materials and hours, and driving continuous improvement in on-site performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Experience supervising craft workers and coordinating safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft workers and engage in trades work as needed.
• Lead safety planning, enforce Brock safety rules, and conduct crew meetings.
• Ensure work follows contract scope, customer specs, and change orders.
• Manage materials, equipment, and time records; assign tasks to staff.
• QA/QC of work and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor production, push for efficiency, and resolve personnel issues.
