Job summary

The Brock Group Inc. is looking for a Scaffold Builder in Wallingford, CT. You will build, demo, stage and modify scaffolding components as part of our field operations, supporting projects across North America.

You will follow manufacturer specifications, adhere to Brock safety programs, and take direction from supervisors while maintaining material organization and accurate safety paperwork. The role requires lifting, climbing and working at heights in a fast-paced environment, with a strong

Qualifications

• Experience with scaffolding safety and compliance is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturer specifications.
• Ability to take direction from supervisors and work as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business.
• Comply with all manufacturer’s specifications.
• Ensure they are following all Brock, Contractor’s, and governmental safety requirements.
• Take direction from the supervisor; identify scaffold material types to be used.
• Sort and organize material.
• Place and receive orders for material.
• Complete safety paperwork such as FLRA’s, Sharp Cards, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
