You will develop, implement, and audit safety programs, lead training, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies for staff, craft workers, subcontractors, and consultants. You will collaborate with site teams to enforce the Site-Specific Safety Plan, conduct hazard inspections, lead incident investigations, and report metrics to project

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years in construction safety management.
• Knowledge of Federal and OSHA safety standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
• Independent and team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, update, and communicate the Site-Specific Safety Plan.
• Ensure safety protocols align with regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate daily with craft workers to promote safety buy-in.
• Exercise Stop Work Responsibility to enforce policies.
• Plan and problem-solve with field operations using leading indicators.
• Lead safety investigations into incidents and near misses.
• Maintain hazard inspections and assist with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
• Establish KPIs to measure safety performance.
• Provide timely safety reports to management.
