Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction safety, Federal and OSHA standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
• Independent and team player, able to access all construction site areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, update, and communicate the Site‑Specific Safety Plan to all project personnel, including subcontractors.
• Ensure safety protocols align with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and company standards.
• Collaborate daily with craft workers to encourage buy‑in and ownership of the safety program.
• Exercise Stop Work Responsibility to ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and work plans.
• Plan, prioritize, and problem‑solve with field operations based on leading indicator trends.
