Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Site Safety Manager to enforce safe work practices on construction sites nationwide. You will lead safety inspections, train site teams on protocols, and investigate incidents to prevent recurrence.

The role requires OSHA knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to document findings and coordinate corrective actions with site supervisors and subcontractors. Travel across the United States is expected to support multiple projects.

Formación

• Construction Field Experience: Equivalent to formal education, hands-on knowledge of construction processes, site management, and safety enforcement.
• Associate’s degree in occupational safety and health or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in construction safety or related field.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce Safe Work Practices: Ensure that all workers and subcontractors on-site are following established safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaboration with Site Teams: Works with site teams to anticipate, resolve and manage site conditions for accident prevention.
• Conduct Safety Inspections: Perform regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe work conditions, or equipment that does not meet safety standards.
• Recommend Improvements: Identify areas for improvement in site safety and make recommendations for corrective actions to site supervisors.
• Safety Training: Deliver ongoing safety training sessions and toolbox talks to site personnel, focusing on high-risk activities and relevant hazards.
• Investigate Incidents: Lead investigations into safety incidents, near misses, and accidents. Document findings, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to ensure those actions are implemented.
• Monitor Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and any relevant local or state safety requirements.
• Report and Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of all safety-related activities, including inspections, incident reports, and safety training logs.
• Emergency Preparedness: Assist in coordinating emergency response plans, including conducting safety drills and ensuring site readiness for emergencies.
