Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Site Safety Manager to enforce safe work practices on active job sites. You will lead inspections, deliver safety trainings, and investigate incidents to prevent recurrences.

The role requires hands-on field experience and the ability to work with site teams and subcontractors. Travel across the United States is required for project coverage; OSHA compliance, record keeping, and continuous improvement are core duties.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification is required.
• Associate degree or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in construction safety or related field.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Safe Work Practices: Ensure workers and subcontractors follow safety protocols.
• Collaboration with Site Teams: Work with site teams to manage conditions for accident prevention.
• Conduct Safety Inspections: Regular site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Recommend Improvements: Identify safety improvement areas and advise corrective actions.
• Safety Training: Deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks to site personnel.
• Investigate Incidents: Lead investigations, document findings, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor Compliance: Ensure OSHA regulations and company safety policies are followed.
• Record Keeping: Maintain safety-related records including inspections and training logs.
• Emergency Preparedness: Assist in coordinating emergency plans and drills.
