Job summary

Instrata is seeking a Logistics Associate to support active job-site material flow. You will unload deliveries, count inventory, stage supplies, and keep laydown yards organized under supervision of the Logistics Coordinator.

This entry-level, hourly role requires reliability, comfort with outdoor work, and a willingness to learn site logistics from the ground up, with room to grow toward the Logistics Coordinator role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior logistics experience required; experience in warehouse, receiving, stocking, delivery, or similar hands-on work a plus.
• Willingness to learn site vocabulary and processes on the job.

Responsibilities

• Unload, check in, and inspect deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders; report damage or shortages to the Logistics Coordinator.
• Move, stage, and deliver materials to correct crew or storage locations as directed.
• Label, tag, and organize materials for quick counting and retrieval.
• Perform daily/weekly inventory counts and record results in tracking tools.
• Fill material requests from field crews and escalate unfillable requests.
• Keep laydown yard and staging areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with preparation of materials ahead of site events.
• Enter delivery, inventory, and material-issue records promptly.
• Follow site safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
• Suggest improvements for day-to-day material handling.
• Other duties as assigned.
