Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Site Logistics Coordinator to coordinate the receipt, unloading, handling, storage and traceability of materials for construction projects. The role requires close collaboration with SCM, transport teams and site personnel to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or technical qualification, experience in logistics and material handling, and a good command of English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or technical qualification.
• Experience in transport logistics, warehouse operations and/or material handling.
• HSE training and certifications desirable.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Structured, diligent and collaborative working style.
• Ideal candidate has experience in a construction site and renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, unloading, handling, storage and traceability of goods and materials.
• Monitor deliveries, packing lists and documentation; ensure accuracy and archiving.
• Inform site team and SCM about arrivals and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Prepare risk assessments and method statements for material handling activities.
• Support maintenance, preservation and handover of equipment and materials.
