Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of Ryan employees and subcontractors on site.
• Administer safety policies and develop Job Safety/Hazard Analysis for own work.
• Develop and monitor CPM schedule and track progress.
• Understand project budget and work within assigned budget.
• Read blueprints, plans and specs to guide field staff.
• Assist with material procurement and logistics.
• Enforce site safety manual and quality control practices.
• Work efficiently and independently to meet deadlines.
