Responsibilities

• Coordinate Ryan employees, subcontractors and project management on site to meet schedule and budget.
• Administer project safety per Ryan policies and develop job-specific safety analyses.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality of work.
• Develop and monitor CPM schedule and track progress.
• Understand and operate within the project budget for your scope.
• Read blueprints and give direction to crew.
• Assist with material procurement.
• Enforce site safety manual.
• Engage in quality control practices.
