Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a laborer to perform basic housekeeping on construction sites in Petersburg, VA. Responsibilities include setup and cleanup, site navigation, cleaning trailers, and assisting with material storage and deliveries.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, construction experience preferred, and OSHA-10 certification is recommended. A pre-employment drug screen may be required, and equal opportunity employment is offered.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 hour certification recommended
• Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hire

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and clean up tasks at job site, including removal of construction debris
• Navigate construction job site terrain
• Clean & sanitize jobsite trailers
• Assist with basic deliveries & material storage
• Housekeeping interior and exterior project site
• Provide labor support as necessary for carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors, work to be directed & planned by Foreperson
• Reporting all safety incidents & injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader
• Any scope of work outside of they above listed, shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety & Management
