Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking personnel for on-site housekeeping and basic labor support at construction sites. The role involves cleaning, debris removal, site trailers sanitation, and assisting carpenters and masons as directed by the Foreperson.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, construction experience preferred, and be willing to obtain OSHA 10 certification if needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Construction experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 hour certification recommended; Next 150 Construction will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary.
• Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site, including removal of construction debris
• Navigate construction job site terrain
• Clean & sanitize jobsite trailers
• Assist with basic deliveries & material storage
• Housekeeping interior and exterior project site
• Provide labor support as necessary for carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors, work to be directed & planned by Foreperson
• Reporting all safety incidents & injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader
• Any scope of work outside of the above listed shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety & Management
