Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Labor Journeyman to perform basic housekeeping on a construction site in Frederick, MD. The role includes setup/cleanup, debris removal, and assisting with deliveries while maintaining safety and teamwork on site.

Responsibilities include cleaning trailers, prioritizing site housekeeping, and supporting carpenters and masons under Foreperson direction. A high school diploma or GED and construction experience are required, with OSHA 10 training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Construction experience required.
• Data center jobsite experience preferred.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• OSHA 10 hour certified recommended; assistance may be provided to obtain it.
• Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and clean up tasks at the job site, including removal of construction debris.
• Navigate construction job site terrain.
• Clean & sanitize jobsite trailers.
• Assist with basic deliveries & material storage.
• Housekeeping interior and exterior project site.
• Provide labor support as necessary for carpenters, masons, and other contractors; work directed by Foreperson.
• Report all safety incidents & injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader.
• Any scope of work outside of the above shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety & Management.
