Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services in Bradenton, FL is seeking a dependable construction laborer to perform site housekeeping, assist carpenters and masons, and keep trailers clean. You will handle setup and cleanup tasks, removal of debris, and help with material storage.

Qualified applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; construction experience is preferred. OSHA 10 is recommended and the company will assist with certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Construction experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 hour certification recommended; Next 150 Construction will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary.
• Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and cleanup at the job site, including removal of construction debris.
• Navigate construction job site terrain.
• Clean & sanitize jobsite trailers.
• Assist with basic deliveries & material storage.
• Housekeeping interior and exterior project site.
• Provide labor support as necessary for carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors, work to be directed & planned by Foreperson.
• Reporting all safety incidents & injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader.
• Any scope of work outside of they above listed, shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety & Management.
