Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking help on construction sites to perform housekeeping tasks, cleanup, and basic labor support. You will assist with deliveries, material storage, and trailer sanitation, while following directions from the Foreperson and Safety Leader.

The role requires the ability to move across uneven surfaces and work in varying weather. OSHA-10 is recommended, and the company emphasizes safety, equal opportunity employment, and accommodations when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures is expected.
• Willingness to work in a high-stress environment with variable weather.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and clean up tasks at job site, including removal of construction debris
• Navigate construction job site terrain
• Clean and sanitize jobsite trailers
• Assist with basic deliveries and material storage
• Housekeeping interior and exterior project site
• Provide labor support for carpenters, masons, and other contractors as directed by Foreperson
• Report safety incidents and injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader
• Any additional tasks planned and approved by Foreperson, Safety & Management
