Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer to support on-site operations at customer construction sites in Sullivan, IN. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, and site access, with travel to multiple sites across the US as needed.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of high-intensity customer service, the ability to pass a drug screen and background check, and strong English communication. Shift-based schedule with flexible hours is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Follow SOPs in English; strong written and spoken English profi ciency.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access and verify identity.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcounts tracked.
• Parking Management: issue parking passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and tech troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities to support access control needs.
