Job summary

Olsson seeks a Construction Services Lead to expand our Colorado Front Range presence. You will recruit, mentor, and lead a team of construction managers and inspectors while overseeing the delivery of administration, management, inspection, and observation services across the state.

This role requires deep field operations experience on heavy civil projects, strong client relationship skills, and travel across Colorado.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction field operations experience managing and performing construction engineering and/or construction management projects.
• 4+ years of experience supervising and mentoring staff.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving history.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand Olsson's construction services presence across Colorado's Front Range.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead a team of construction managers and inspectors.
• Oversee the delivery of construction administration, management, inspection, and observation services.
• Build and maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Travel locally across Colorado on heavy civil infrastructure projects.
