Olsson is seeking a Project Manager I to lead construction materials testing projects, nurture client relationships, and drive high-quality outcomes from start to finish. You will guide teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and compliance across field and lab activities.

In this role you will mentor staff, collaborate across disciplines, and help grow both client success and our team. Flexible work arrangements and a path to broader leadership are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, or related area.
• Proven track record leading teams and managing projects successfully.
• Excellent client service orientation, communication, and presentation skills.
