Qualifications

• 4+ years supervising and mentoring staff.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving history.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Build Olsson's Colorado construction services presence along Colorado's Front Range.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of construction managers and inspectors while overseeing delivery of construction administration, management, inspection, and observation services.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new business opportunities across the state.
• Travel locally throughout Colorado to support project delivery.
