Job Description
Olsson is seeking a Civil Construction Manager/Inspector with a strong background in construction materials testing to join our team, working on diverse construction projects throughout the Omaha metropolitan area. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to remote projects across the company.
As a Construction Manager/Inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing complex construction projects, managing the quality of construction at the site. You will act as a quality assurance manager, representing the owner regarding all construction activities. Responsibilities include tracking special inspections and materials testing, overseeing RFIs and submittals, attending project meetings, and verifying that project documentation complies with owner requirements.
