Wendling Quarries, Inc. is seeking a Construction Services Carpenter to perform skilled carpentry work for construction, maintenance, renovation, and repair of buildings and property assets across eastern Iowa.

Responsabilidades

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, metal, and other materials according to design specifications.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures as necessary.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, doors, cabinets, staircases, and molding.
• Assist the Director of Property Management with planning, project coordination, and documentation.
• Work safely with adherence to Wendling Quarries safety policy.

Job Position Description:

The Construction Services Carpenter is responsible for performing a wide variety of skilled tasks related to the construction, maintenance, renovation, and repair of buildings and other property assets.
