Job summary

Wendling Quarries, Inc. in Iowa seeks a skilled Construction Services Carpenter for a full-time role focused on building, maintaining, and renovating structures. You will work with wood, metal, and other materials to meet design specs and ensure safe, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Monday – Friday, ~50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, metal, and other materials according to design specifications
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures as necessary
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, doors, cabinets, staircases, and molding
• Assist the Director of Property Management with planning, project coordination, and documentation
• Work safely with adherence to Wendling Quarries safety policy

Job Position Description:

The Construction Services Carpenter is responsible for performing a wide variety of skilled tasks related to the construction, maintenance, renovation, and repair of buildings and other property assets.
