Job summary

Wendling Quarries, Inc. (WQI) is seeking a multi-versed mechanic to repair heavy construction equipment and trucks, in-shop or at quarry locations. Join one of the best maintenance teams around and contribute to safety and reliability in our operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic mechanics and working knowledge of large equipment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to get CDL- Class A (Wendling will help you get it)

Responsibilities

• Making repairs to heavy construction equipment as well as our fleet of trucks.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues.
• Ability to learn to operate all types of construction equipment.
• General welding and fabrication skills a plus

Job Summary

Looking for a multi-versed mechanic who enjoys working on multiple makes and models of heavy equipment. There is something new every day. Job Duties

• Making repairs to heavy construction equipment as well as our fleet of trucks
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues
• Ability to learn to operate all types of construction equipment

Job Requirements

Hours: Monday - Friday. On average works 50 to 55 (overtime available) hour weeks depending on the season.
