Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage intake, order placement, scheduling and issue resolution across customer sites. You will monitor deliveries, coordinate with internal teams and keep stakeholders updated on progress and challenges.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and about one year of relevant experience; strong problem solving, organization and communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of assembly or clerical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, high level of organization, urgency, and grace under pressure.
• Communication skills are an absolute must.
• Knowledge of the Construction Industry, Excel, Outlook, and OnLine is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates ordering, delivery and installation of products/material at customer’s sites.
• Ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.
• Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.
• Works closely with customers, vendors, salesmen, subcontractors, technicians and different departments.
