Job summary

Builders FirstSource in the United States seeks an Installation Coordinator who under moderate supervision coordinates the installation, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department. You will keep management informed about deliveries, shortages, backorders and customer complaints.

Responsibilities include coordinating delivery and installation at customer sites, ensuring permits are obtained and inspected, tracking warranty claims, and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of assembly or clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery and installation of products/material at customer’s sites.
• Ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.
• Obtains building permits and ensures that all local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off.
• Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.
