Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee execution, safety, scheduling, budgeting, and client relationships to ensure milestones are met.

This role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in data centers or mission-critical projects, proficiency with Procore and Primavera, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience, ideally within data centers or large commercial projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, contract administration, and project controls.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Autodesk Build, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, CMiC, or Microsoft Project.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers while supporting team development.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and maintain the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Job description
