This role involves close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver state-of-the-art data center facilities that meet the critical operational requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning & Execution: Lead the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initial concept to final handover. Ensure project goals align with the company’s strategic objectives and the client’s expectations. Contribute extensively to preconstruction planning.
  2. Budget Management: Develop and manage detailed project budgets, track costs, and ensure adherence to financial targets. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
  3. Scheduling & Coordination: Create comprehensive project schedules, coordinate timelines, and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Work closely with subcontractors, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.
  4. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of project engineers, assistant project managers, project controls specialists, superintendents, and other project staff. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, while ensuring accountability and clear communication across teams.
  5. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing project updates, handling change orders, and addressing concerns. Provide regular reports on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage potential project risks, including delays, budget overruns, and safety concerns. Develop risk mitigation plans and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders.
  7. Quality Control & Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Implement strict quality control measures to meet operational and safety standards for data centers.
  8. Contract Management: Manage contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and partners. Ensure compliance with contract terms and resolve disputes or issues during the project.
  9. Technical Expertise in Data Centers: Utilize in-depth knowledge of data center construction, including building hardening, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection systems. Ensure these critical infrastructure elements are integrated effectively and meet performance and reliability criteria.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Navisworks, or similar platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols, and local building codes, with relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
