Job summary

YA Group is seeking a Scheduling Consultant to independently coordinate and manage construction schedules for diverse projects. You will inspect sites, analyze project documents, and update schedules, using CPM techniques and leading scheduling software.

Strong independence and clear communication with clients are essential. The role requires 2–8 years of scheduling experience and a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or an equivalent field; PSP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or equivalent field preferred.
• 2–8 years of construction scheduling experience.
• PSP certification preferred.
• Experience with CPM techniques to analyze schedules.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the planning and scheduling process.
• Perform forensic analysis of project schedules and costs.
• Inspect construction project sites to evaluate progress.
• Review and organize large volumes of project documents and data.
• Conduct schedule delay analysis to establish causes and extent of delays.
• Assess impact of changes and communicate findings clearly.
