Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is required.
• Experience with CPM and Earned Value Management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Understanding of construction workflows, permitting, and inspection timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software.
• Sequence tasks, allocate resources, identifying dependencies, durations, and critical path elements to create realistic timelines.
• Monitor progress and update the schedule based on field data, change orders, or delays.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather schedule inputs and align with project objectives.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans for delays, resource shortages, or weather impacts.
• Generate and distribute schedule reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, variance analysis, and mitigation strategies.
• Support claims analysis and recovery planning when delays occur, ensuring compliance with scheduling requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement and staffing to ensure timely availability of materials and labor.
