Job summary

Arcadis in Southern California is seeking a Scheduler to join our Contract Solutions team in the Places business unit. You will apply project controls expertise and scheduling at the construction program level on a variety of projects, collaborating with project managers, clients, and engineers.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and mentoring junior staff, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and aiming for PSP/PMI-SP certification. Limited travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in project scheduling.
• Construction project and program level scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Currently holds or ability to obtain PSP or PMI-SP certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Create functional schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities.
• Analyze schedule progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Lead schedule and budget review meetings at sites or client facilities.
• Collect real-time schedule data and progress measurements.
