Job summary

CLMI Group, LLC is hiring a Project Scheduler to support the Los Angeles Unified School District on K–12 capital projects. This is an on-site position in Los Angeles, CA.

The ideal candidate will have six years of scheduling experience, proficiency in Primavera P6, and a relevant bachelor’s degree. The position offers a competitive salary between $160,000 and $165,000 as well as comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Six years of professional experience in Construction Scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction drawings and understand work scope.
• Review and analyze contractor schedules and provide feedback.
• Perform QA/QC on schedule submissions for contract compliance.
• Monitor construction progress and address scheduling impacts.
