Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Construction Scheduler in the United States to lead project scheduling for heavy civil construction. You will integrate schedules from designers, construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to produce a master plan and ensure on‑time delivery.

The role requires a civil engineering background or substantial scheduling experience with Primavera P6, plus strong communication and problem‑solving skills. On‑site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• High School diploma with 10+ years of scheduling experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and performance measurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project planning, resource analysis, and forecast/trend analysis.
• Review schedules and prepare reports to communicate project status.
• Monitor construction progress and re-programming as needed.
• Integrate information from designers, construction, subcontractors, and suppliers to create a master schedule.
• Coordinate between areas/departments to elaborate a realistic schedule.
• Prepare detailed construction programs in Primavera P6.
• Produce project narratives and present planning philosophy.
• Generate cost forecasts and earned value management reports.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly project reporting.
