Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Construction Project Scheduler with field experience to create and oversee project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and cost control. You will use P6 and other scheduling tools, build integrated CPM schedules, manage risk, report to stakeholders, and participate in project meetings.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, trend analyses, and narratives, coordinating with teams, and maintaining schedule integrity throughout project execution

Qualifications

• Strong experience in construction scheduling and reading construction drawings.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years’ project scheduling experience.
• Experience with CPM, resource loading, baselining, coding and cost.

Responsibilities

• Create and update project schedules using plans and specifications, utilizing scheduling software.
• Maintain an integrated CPM schedule with resource loading, baselines, coding and cost.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and assess impacts of changes.
• Prepare monthly submittals and narratives to the Government.
• Communicate schedule reports to management, subcontractors and owners.
• Participate in project meetings.
• Verify schedule integrity and adjust for scope changes.
• Write schedule narratives.
