Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Construction Scheduler to support planning, execution, and delivery of complex capital projects. You will create, maintain, and analyze schedules across all construction phases, ensuring alignment with objectives and milestones.

You will collaborate with project leadership, field teams, design professionals, subcontractors, and clients to develop realistic timelines, identify risks, and implement corrective actions for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years scheduling or project controls in construction.
• Experience on large-scale facilities projects (healthcare, labs, manufacturing) preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; ability to develop and maintain complex schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed schedules from preconstruction through closeout.
• Set project logic, durations, milestones, and resources.
• Integrate procurement, design, permitting, fabrication, and construction activities.
• Update schedules regularly to reflect progress and changes.
• Produce forecasting reports and schedule metrics for decisions.
• Support project controls and time-impact analyses as needed.
