Job summary

OnQ Global Inc. seeks a Construction Scheduler to support the Scheduling Manager and collaborate with construction management and engineering teams, General Contractors, and Subcontractors.

The role emphasizes inputting schedule updates, tracking critical path changes, and maintaining schedule integrity. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of scheduling experience with Primavera P6, plus proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project, and demonstrates strong communication and organizational

Qualifications

• Two+ years of construction project scheduling experience required (Primavera P6).
• Experience in industrial/hi-tech semiconductor projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input schedule status updates into project record schedule.
• Attend project schedule progress meetings as needed.
• Identify changes to the project schedule and notify teams of impacts to critical path activities.
• Maintain technical schedule integrity and produce weekly/monthly schedules and reports.
• Create baseline and working schedules and integrate subcontractor look-aheads into the master schedule.
