Innova Solutions is seeking a Scheduler to develop and manage construction schedules, permits, and outage information for internal and contractor crews in San Antonio, Texas. The role includes dispatching, monitoring progress, and maintaining records while coordinating with customers and teams.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prior scheduling or dispatching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage construction schedules, job packages, permits, and outage information for internal and contractor crews.
• Dispatch jobs using scheduling systems, monitor progress, adjust workloads, and document delays.
• Track and review work orders, crew timesheets, contractor invoices, and maintain records in Excel/Access databases.
• Handle customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide updates to crews and designers for timely communication and issue resolution.
• Generate GIS maps, input planned outage information, and use dashboards to monitor risks, due dates, and workload visibility.
• Support team operations by attending meetings, providing relief coverage, and completing other assignments as needed.
