Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to join the Mission Critical team, supporting state-of-the-art data centers across the U.S. The role is located in Louisville, KY and involves developing and maintaining project schedules with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners.

You will analyze sequencing, assist in planning workflows, review schedules for safety and efficiency, and prepare time impact analyses as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and construction experience required.
• Knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP sequencing is expected.
• Primavera P6 and MS Project proficiency preferred.
• Data center or mission critical project background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Project Scheduler in developing and maintaining the project schedule.
• Coordinate with project team and trade partners for sequencing and lookahead planning.
• Review schedules for accuracy, communicate critical paths and impacts.
• Support TIAs and lookahead updates to mitigate delays.
