Job summary

Gray seeks a Project Scheduler to join its construction team in Reno, NV. You will assist the Lead Project Scheduler in developing and maintaining the project schedule, coordinating with site management and project teams to plan efficient workflows, and addressing schedule conflicts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of construction experience, plus knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of construction experience.
• Basic understanding of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes of work and how they relate to scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Project Scheduler in developing and maintaining the project schedule with coordination from site and project teams.
• Evaluate sequencing and plan efficient workflows, identifying conflicts and mitigations to protect the critical path.
• Review 2–3 week lookahead schedules, communicate critical paths, and assess impacts from design changes or trade partner progress.
