Job summary

JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Scheduler to join the CORE team. You will prepare, build and update project schedules in collaboration with the project team, reviewing sequences and applying JE Dunn’s scheduling practices on complex Industrial & Manufacturing projects.

This role requires 0–2 years scheduling experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree (preferred), and the ability to travel or relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (preferred).
• 0-2 years scheduling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews to ensure effective and efficient best practices for scheduling are utilized.
• Participates in all phases of the construction planning & scheduling process, including creation of proposal schedules, baseline schedule and ongoing schedule updates.
• Utilizes working knowledge of JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with and performs training for JE Dunn operations and content preparation for training.
• Assists with development of best practices for JE Dunn planning and scheduling efforts.
• Visits job sites regularly to review status and update the project schedule.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning sessions by ensuring CPM schedule aligns with pull plan results.
• Supports preparation of various reports for assigned projects.
