Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler for the Advanced Facilities Group in Nashville to collaborate with project teams on developing and updating project schedules.

You will review schedules, apply best practices, and support planning efforts from proposal through baseline and ongoing updates. The role requires 0-2 years scheduling experience, strong communication, and proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office. Occasional site visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Equivalents will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews to ensure best practices are used and communicates comments.
• Participates in all phases of planning & scheduling: proposals, baseline, updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software; supports training content as needed.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules with sequencing knowledge.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning and prepares various project reports.
