Job summary

Connico, a leading national construction consultancy, seeks a Scheduler 2 to support development and analysis of construction schedules for complex projects. You will translate field work into schedules that help teams plan, sequence, and deliver major programs across the country in a hybrid work model.

You’ll grow your scheduling judgment by partnering with experienced schedulers, building work breakdown structures, activities, durations, and sequencing logic while gaining exposure to Primavera

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of construction scheduling or planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Direct exposure to active construction sites or field teams.
• Ability to read and interpret basic architectural, civil, or engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction schedules using project scope, drawings, specifications, milestones, known constraints, and input from project teams.
• Build and adjust work breakdown structures, activities, durations, sequencing logic, milestones, and schedule assumptions.
• Support baseline development, progress updates, variance identification, and schedule documentation.
• Assist with short-term and look-ahead planning as well as longer-term project schedules.
• Collaborate with field teams and senior schedulers to ensure schedule integrity.
