Job summary

Connico is seeking a Construction Project Scheduler 3 to develop and analyze schedules for major airports and infrastructure projects. You will build work breakdown structures, develop logic, evaluate phasing, and communicate findings to internal teams and clients, shaping multi-million-dollar programs.

You will advance schedule ownership, mentor analysts, and contribute to templates and QA processes while working in a hybrid environment across Hebron, KY; Cincinnati, OH; and Mt.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of progressive construction scheduling experience with meaningful responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, quantity surveying, architecture, or related field.
• Experience developing or contributing to construction schedules (WBS, baselines, activity durations, phasing).
• Ability to read architectural/engineering drawings and specs with limited oversight.
• Travel 10-25% for site visits, meetings, and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed construction schedules using project scope, design documents, and milestones.
• Create and manipulate work breakdown structures to meet project needs.
• Define activity durations, sequencing, baselines, and schedule assumptions.
• Analyze progress, baselines, and critical path to identify delays and changes.
• Prepare visual schedule outputs and QA reports using P6 and Connico standards.
• Collaborate with designers, contractors, field personnel, and estimators to develop realistic schedules.
