Job summary

Connico is seeking a Construction Project Scheduling Specialist – Airports & Infrastructure to develop and analyze schedules for complex infrastructure projects nationwide. The role combines independent schedule development with client interaction, requiring deep understanding of sequencing, phasing, and constructability.

Hybrid office options in the Cincinnati area and remote work for the right candidate are available, with 10–25% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive construction experience with scheduling responsibility.
• 2+ years of on-site construction experience in complex environments.
• Proficient in Primavera P6; ability to develop schedules from preconstruction through commissioning.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications for sequencing.
• Experience communicating schedule findings to clients and project teams.
• Some travel required: 10–25%.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and analyze construction schedules based on scope, design, phasing, procurement, and milestones.
• Create Work Breakdown Structures, durations, relationships, sequencing, milestones, and baselines.
• Develop schedules for planning, design, preconstruction, procurement, construction, testing, turnover, and closeout.
• Identify constructability issues, sequencing constraints, and mitigation strategies.
• Support Time Impact Analysis, delay analysis, and schedule risk analysis.
• Review contractor and stakeholder schedules for logic and alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborate with owners, designers, contractors, and field personnel to develop realistic schedules.
