Job summary

Connico is seeking an experienced Construction Project Scheduler 3 to lead schedule updates, logic validation, and quantity-based analyses on major airport, energy, and infrastructure programs. You will own the scheduling work, defend sequencing decisions, and communicate insights to internal teams and clients while mentoring junior analysts.

This role targets individuals who have progressed beyond initial learning and can spot sequencing conflicts early, explaining clearly what the schedule

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive construction scheduling experience and independent schedule updates using Primavera P6.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, quantity surveying, architecture, or related field (or equivalent working knowledge).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and reading architectural/engineering drawings.
• Strong production-rate knowledge, WBS development, baselines, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Build detailed construction schedules using Connico's templates and standards.
• Create and manipulate work breakdown structures to meet project needs.
• Contribute to resource- and cost-loading, baselines, and variances; provide recommendations.
• Develop production rates from historical data and grow independence over time.
• Support phasing/sequencing plans and Monte Carlo simulations with risk matrices.
