Parsons is seeking a Construction Scheduler/Project Control to support capital, maintenance, and infrastructure planning and scheduling for construction projects in the Parsons Portfolio. You will develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules, along with supporting cost tracking and reporting to ensure successful project execution.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related field.
• 5+ years scheduling experience on construction or federal contracts.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong CPM, scheduling logic, and cost integration knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules across a large portfolio.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish baselines and critical paths.
• Monitor progress, perform variance analysis, and provide schedule impact assessments.
• Prepare reports and dashboards communicating schedule performance to leadership.
• Identify risks, propose recovery plans, and support proactive problem-solving.
• Maintain historical schedule data for forecasting and planning.
• Support resource loading and allocation within schedules.
• Collect, interpret, and report schedule and cost data using project controls tools.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports and performance metrics.
• Contribute to improvements in project control processes and tools.
• Hybrid role with 1 day on-site per week in Kingsport.
