Job summary

One Stop Home Repair is seeking an organized, confident communicator to handle incoming calls, help customers move forward, and coordinate scheduling for our handyman, carpentry, remodeling, and construction work. You'll be the first person to answer the phone and take ownership of each inquiry, explaining our value and finding a practical next step—even when immediate availability is limited.

• Experience in customer service, scheduling, inside sales, or office coordination.

• Stays calm, professional, and organized while managing competing priorities.
• Comfortable using scheduling software and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer inquiries into scheduled appointments and approved work.
• Gather accurate job details and communicate approved pricing and terms.
• Coordinate schedules with the Operations Manager, Project Managers, and field crews.
• Follow up on leads, estimates, cancellations, and customer concerns.
• Keep customer records and job information accurate and current.
• Support the Builders Group with scanning, filing, and administrative coordination.
