One Stop Home Repair is seeking an organized, confident communicator to handle incoming calls, help customers move forward, and coordinate scheduling for our handyman, carpentry, remodeling, and construction work. You'll be the first person to answer the phone and take ownership of each inquiry, explaining our value and finding a practical next step—even when immediate availability is limited.

One Stop Home Repair is seeking an organized, confident communicator to handle incoming calls, help customers move forward, and coordinate scheduling for our handyman, carpentry, remodeling, and construction work.

You'll be the first person expected to answer the phone and take ownership of each inquiry. You must be comfortable communicating for the business, explaining our value, and finding a practical next step- even when immediate availability is limited. That means exploring scheduling options, working with management, and following through with the customer.

Responsibilities Include

• Turn customer inquiries into scheduled appointments and approved work.
• Gather accurate job details and communicate approved pricing and terms.
