Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Scheduler, AFG to collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain robust construction schedules. You will participate in baseline schedules, ongoing updates, and regime training for scheduling best practices.

Responsibilities include site visits, reviewing schedule performance, and aligning CPM with pull plans. Strong communication, MS Office and scheduling software proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction/scheduling.
• 0–2 years scheduling experience required.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the team.
• Participates in all phases of scheduling, baselines and updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software for planning.
• Supports training for JE Dunn operations and creates training content.
• Develops best practices for planning and scheduling.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules accordingly.
• Attends project meetings focused on schedule.
• Supports Lean and pull planning aligned with CPM.
• Prepares various project reports and adds resource loading when needed.
• Provides scheduling support to operations, marketing and IPS functions.
• Considers market/seasonal factors in project schedules.
• Participates in pursuit opportunities with the team.
