Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Scheduler for the AFG group to prepare, build and update project schedules with the project team. You will review schedules to ensure best practices are followed and support lean planning initiatives on multiple sites.

The role requires 0–2 years of scheduling experience, a related bachelor’s degree (preferred) and strong MS Office skills. Expect regular site visits and collaboration across departments to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaborativel y with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the project team.
• Participates in all phases of scheduling process including baseline and updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Supports training for JE Dunn operations and creates training content.
